Warranty Policy
We stand by the reliability of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Thus, all products are sold with a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, valid within one (1) year of the date of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@ccink.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and proceed accordingly (e.g. offering a refund/replacement, troubleshooting, etc.).
Exceptions/Voided Warranties
This warranty is voided if the product(s) in question (a) have been refilled, refurbished, remanufactured, or tampered with in any way by the customer, (b) experience problems resulting from misuse, improper storage, or operation outside of the published environmental specifications for the printer or (c) exhibit wear from extensive ordinary use.
For remanufactured and compatible ink and toner cartridges, we will only issue store credit equal to the purchase cost if the products (a) are defective or (b) has over 70% of the ink or toner remaining for the product. In the case that the cartridge has below 70% of the ink or toner remaining, we will provide store credit equal to the prorated purchase price relative to the amount of toner remaining.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, credit for the value of the purchase will be added to your account or provided in the form of a redeemable code.
